The Arizona Division of Emergency Management – Helping prepare Arizona citizens for emergencies, protecting their lives and property, and coordinating the state's emergency preparedness, mitigation, response and recovery efforts when disaster strikes.

ADEM works under the broad authority of the Arizona Revised Statutes Title 26 – Military Affairs and Emergency Management, Chapter 2; and the Arizona Administrative Code, Title 8.
