Are any of the courses I take with ADEM eligible for AZPOST credit?
Many of our courses have been deemed eligible for AZPOST credit.  Please contact the appropriate training coordinator (emergency management, hazardous materials, homeland security) for a particular coruse for more information, or to receive certification.

I can't remember my STARS Employee Identification Number (EIN) or password.
On the main login page to STARS (www.azgu.gov) click on the link Lookup your EIN or Reset Password.  Follow the prompts to complete the process.

How do I search for a course on STARS?
The most common way to search for a class in STARS is to use the Search for a Class or Event link after logging in.  Under eCatalog Search you will see an empty box with a search button and an example besides that. Search either by the Event ID# (8-digit number - most accurate way of searching) or by the Course Number (MAG300 for example). Do not use any spaces. All courses scheduled pertaining to your search will be displayed.
